We will use Client information to provide our services and respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. These services may be provided by employees of Senior-Living.com, contractors or other authorized agents. By submitting your information to Senior-Living.com, you agree that we may contact you to tell you about changes to this Privacy Policy as well as specials, new products or services, . You may notify us that you do not want to receive further contacts as provided below.

 

If you have requested a Family Care Report regarding senior living options, we may provide your information to selected members of the SENIORLIVING.NET network of facilities ("Facilities"). If you agree, we may provide your contact information to third party marketing partners to contact you regarding offers of their products or services. You may opt not to receive these offers from Senior-Living.com or our marketing partners as described below. We may use aggregate Client information that is non-personally identifiable in marketing materials, financial reports and other public communications. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

 

We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify a Client, he or she would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site.   • Change/correct any information we have about the Client.
  • Have us delete any information we have about you.
  • Request that we refrain from sharing your information with the third parties described in Section 1 above (Note: if we are unable to share relevant information with Facilities, we may be unable to provide you with our full range of services)
  • Request that we refrain from contacting you about special offers or new products or services.
  • Express any concern you have about our use of Client's data.

 

Non-Client users of our Site can contact us via the email address or phone number given on our website to have us delete any data we have about him or her
